My second day of work as a floor coordinator was insane…
I will try to explain without going into great detail…
basically i am still waiting on some passwords and stuff like that for my manager status to updated in the systems…
until then i don’t have any way of doing things i need to do for customers like offer them credits etc…
so yesterday the girl that is training me and my supervisor got into a fight…
The other floor coordinator (the girl training me) decided she was leaving she had it and she was out…
Her doing this left me and only me to do the job because we were the only ones scheduled that day…
At this point you would think i would be freaking out…
Suprisingly i was just ok…whatever…we just needed to take care of the customers and the agents and that is all i really cared about…
Long story short I had to end up standing up and telling my supervisor, this girl and some other random people there how we were going to handle the situation….
I couldn’t believe myself and the guts that I had at that moment…
I mean really…
It was only my second day and I was having to make decisions for people that are above me and people that have been there for years…
So yesterday I ended up being the only floor coordinator but convinced my trainer not to leave but to just sit by me and answer any questions i had…
What a freakin day…
