Today was our staff meeting at work…
We eat the good food provided and then there is the ice cream eating contest…
Now I am new on staff and my first couple of staff meetings I noticed that the girls were all wimpy about winning the award…
The would only eat maybe one bowl…it was a contest they just didn’t want to win…
So I decided to change things up a bit…
I decided to go for it…
I was on my third regelation sized bowl when some of the other women on staff noticed I was actually competing…
Well it was on NOW…
I am happy to report that I won…
I ate 5 bowls…
And the best part is while I was eating and focusing on keeping it down my husband and the guys in our Media department wrote me and acceptance speech…
It was announced I won…
The “Rocky” music played…
And here you have my acceptance speech…
“I would like to thank Pastor Randy and Pastor Cherie.
I would also like to thank Breyers ice cream and of course Jesus.
My strategy was the eye of the tiger, float like a butterfly sting like a bee.
I’ll be in the back signing bowls after the meeting.

And here is another funny part…
I’m somewhat lactose intolerant…
So I’m totally paying for it now…
